Can meditation make the stress of multitasking less stressful? We’re not talking about multitasking as sport; this is the real multitasking we’re forced to do on a daily basis: the phone that rings while you’re writing the email message on the way to your next meeting.
University of Washington professor David Levy is conducting an experiment to see if meditation can make multitasking at work less stressful. And as he tells KUOW’s Jeremy Richards, he returned to his earlier interest in calligraphy to help him understand multitasking, too.
