Here are some of the top stories on the PM programs today:

All Things Considered: President Obama is considering four different options on possible increases in troop levels in Afghanistan.  The Secretaries of Defense and State are reportedly pushing the President to approve an increase of at least 30,000 troops.  Mary Louise Kelly will have an update to lead off ATC.

Marketplace: Virginians might need to develop a taste for stingrays if they want to also eat crabs and oysters from Chesapeake Bay.  The stingrays have been gobbling up the more palatable shellfish, so Commonwealth policymakers are trying to get people to eat the predators.

The World: For Veterans Day, The World shares the story of US infantrymen caught behind enemy lines in World Germany in 1944.  They were rescued by a unit made up mostly of Japanese-American soldiers.
