All Things Considered: Violence rocked Kenya after presidential elections there in 2007, but the coalition government seems reluctant to pursue justice for the more than one thousand killed, or hundreds of thousands who were displaced. Now International Criminal Court Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo says he wants to begin an investigation into the events, with or without the Kenyan government’s cooperation. Gwen Tompkins reports.
Marketplace: The Dow Jones Industrial Average is back above 10,000. Productivity is up. So why are some on Wall Street so nervous?
The World: With diminishing support for the war in Afghanistan in his country, British Prime Minister was forced to offer a public apology today to woman whose son was killed in the war last month. Laura Lynch has the story.
