Here are the top stories on the PM programs today:

The World: Three Americans who were arrested near Iran-Iraq border in July have now been charged with espionage by Iranian officials. Their families argue that the captured Americans were hiking in northern Iraq when captured.  Marco Werman speaks about the case with Borzou Daragahi of the LA Times.

All Things Considered: The House of Representatives passed its version of a health care reform bill last night.  Most Hill-watchers say it would not have gone through if not for an amendment put in by Michigan Democrat Bart Stupak that restricts abortion funding.  Andrea Seabrook has the story.

Marketplace: The dollar has been struggling of late against other foreign currencies.  Commentator Paul Kedrosky argues that’s a good thing.
