Journalist Rana Husseini has written a new book about the practice of honor killings in Jordan, and today, she’ll talk about the topic on KUOW’s Weekday.

Murder in the Name of Honor explores why the tradition of honor killings – in which girls and women are killed to cleanse the family’s honor – continues in Jordan, and its impact on the Jordanian population in the US and Canada.
