David Chang talks Momofuku

Momfuku is one of the current darlings among many who follow food and restaurants, in part because David Chang is cool, but mostly because Chang loves noodles, and so do we. And Chang allows his menu to drift across cuisines. He would likely argue for delicious food, rather than Asian or Japanese or Korean cuisine.
