For coffee tasters, it’s about the nose

Here’s a fun tutorial on how to enjoy good coffee that we found on MPR. Nate Hrobak started as a barista at a coffee shop in Minneapolis, and now is one of four green coffee buyers for Caribou Coffee.

Every day, he’s roasting samples of coffee, analyzing them, smelling and tasting single origin coffees and blends for Caribou.
