Few chefs have built the empire that Wolfgang Puck has. A celebrity chef owning three, four, five… even ten restaurants is quite common. But Puck has extended his name from “finer dining” to airports, museums and convention centers, even bottles and cans in the supermarket. He’s come a long way from Spago in 1982.
Today on MPR’s Midmorning, Puck talks with Kerri Miller about his career, and how restaurants are adapting to changing American tastes.
