It’s about the long struggle between the executive and legislative branches of government, with a particular focus on the Bush administration and the efforts of former Vice President Dick Cheney and others to strengthen the power of the President.
WNYC’s Leonard Lopate talks to Savage about presidential power, the Bush record, and whether the Obama administration is committed to rolling back those powers.
