The blows were savage, tears were shed; the referee stepped in, thank goodness.
An NPR Board meeting?
Not this time. RadioLab co-hosts Jad Abumrad and Robert Krulwich donned gloves and other boxing garb and, under the watchful eye of Ira Glass, duked it out over which media is more powerful, radio or television.
After some goofing around, the three sat down and talked about the difficulty of telling stories and explaining difficult concepts within the boundaries of audio and video.
