In Fargo-Moorhead it’s not over yet
Not by a long shot, as a matter of fact. The next crest of the Red River is expected in about two weeks, and it could equal or top last week’s crest – and that was a record.
Minnesota Public Radio News sent Stephanie Hemphill to Rose Creek Drive, in a neighborhood south of downtown Fargo, to see how residents are recovering from round one and preparing for round two.
