NPR reports an interesting that’s leaked about a Treasury plan to lower mortgage rates for home buyers (apparently not for refinancers). There seems to be support for the plan, although one expert tells reporter Chris Arnold that it should include refinancing because it would put more money in people’s pockets. Listen

Listen Second, influenza is costly on college campuses – days lost, etc. Doctors say a $20 flu shot is an investment that pays off handsomely.
